dbc SMARTsoftware inc.
is a private partnership founded in 1975 in Kitchener,
an agriculture, education, modern technology and financial
center located one hour west of Toronto, Canada. Maurice
Boughton (President) and Andrew Joakim (VP-Software)
are the partners.
Of our 45 employees, more than 20% are dedicated to
helping users to achieve the maximum benefit from our
software. Customer support offices are opened in countries
with large time zone differences to enhance headquarters
support.
The R&D team, comprised of over 25 employees for
design, development, quality control and documentation
ensure that dbc SMARTsoft remains completely state-of-the-art
by addressing customer-requested features in new versions
on an annual basis.
We have become the premier supplier to the commodity-agribusiness
industry in most English-speaking countries as a result
of the expertise gained through consistent focus and
input from customer user group cross-functional teams.
